Piranha Skeletons are the result of Piranhas being killed by suffocation, that is, when the water they're swimming in gets drained by destroying the walls of the pool.
Killing Piranhas by attacking them does not produce a skeleton, however.
Functionality
They function identically to Mattock Heads, in that they are lightweight throwing objects that deal no rebound damage to The Spelunker, and have no other use.
Like Human Skeletons, Kali does not accept them as sacrifices since they do not contain blood.
Restless Dead Levels
In Restless Dead levels, reanimated Piranha Skeletons spawn naturally and behave just like living piranha.
